It usually takes 5-10 business days for orders to reach U.S. customers and 10-14 business days for them to arrive in Alaska, Hawaii, or Canadian locations.

Sales tax in certain states as required by law. The amount of sales tax will be calculated and applied to your order based on the shipping address.  If the school district or business is exempt from sales tax, simply send us a copy of your sales tax exemption certificate via email to communicationenhancements@gmail.com, and we will not collect the tax.
